Slide 1 of 3: Your brand on every booklet.
Paper, printing and packing under one roof
Paper sourcing, four-colour printing, gumming, cutting and export packing stay inside our two sites. One specification, one colour target, one supplier to hold responsible for the whole pack.
OEM or ODM — you keep the brand either way
Some buyers arrive with finished artwork and a packing spec. Others arrive with a market to win. Both are normal starts; the paperwork and the sampling path differ.
- You supply finished vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF)
- We match paper grade, leaf size and booklet format to your pack
- Colour proofed against your brand reference before plating
- Our studio develops booklet structure, closure and finish
- Paper grade and gum line chosen for the market you sell into
- You approve one sample, we produce it under your brand only
From a 30,000-booklet trial to container volume
Run a small first order to test the market, then scale on the same tooling and the same paper grade. Lead times stay predictable because printing and finishing never leave the building.
From enquiry to container in six steps
Every project follows the same path, so you always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.

- 04
Tooling & plates
Cutting dies, printing plates and booklet tooling are registered to your brand and kept for reorders.
- 05
Production & QC
In-line checks on weight, gum width and burn performance, plus a pre-shipment inspection report with every batch.
- 06
Packing & export
Retail-ready or bulk export cartons, documentation prepared for your destination market, shipment booked FOB or CIF.
A paper manufacturer that behaves like a print partner
Paper sourcing, print specification and lead time sit with one team — so a reorder behaves exactly like the first order, and one contact owns the answer.
- 01Paper sourced by usWood, rice and hemp grades from mills we audit, so 14–22 gsm behaves the same on every reorder.
- 02Artwork to shelfPre-press, printing, gumming, converting and retail packing handled by one team and one colour target.
- 03Compliance readyHealth warnings, ingredient declarations and destination-market pack rules checked before plates are made.
- 04Named account managerOne contact from sampling to shipment, quoting in your currency, replying within two working days.

OEM & ODM manufacturing
Two ways to start: send us finished artwork, or develop the product with our studio. Either way it ships under your brand, never ours.

Questions buyers ask us first
If your question is not here, send it with your artwork and quantities — we answer with a specification, not a brochure.
What is the minimum order quantity?
A first trial run starts at 30,000 booklets per design, which lets you test a market without committing to container volume. Repeat orders and multi-SKU programmes are quoted individually.
Do you work from my artwork, or design it for me?
Both. Under OEM you send finished vector artwork and we manufacture to your specification. Under ODM our studio develops the booklet structure, finish and paper grade with you, and the resulting design is produced exclusively for your brand.
How long does sampling and production take?
Pre-production samples ship in 10–15 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production typically runs 25–35 working days depending on paper grade and print complexity, then transit time to your market.
Can you match a paper grade we already sell?
Send a reference pack and we match basis weight, opacity, gum line and burn characteristics, then confirm the match with a physical sample before the bulk run.
Which markets can you supply, and what documentation comes with it?
We currently ship to more than 30 markets. Every order includes a pre-shipment inspection report, and we prepare declarations, certificates of origin and packing lists for your destination market.
Can tips, filters and accessories be packed with the booklets?
Yes. Tips, filters and accessories are produced to the same colour target and can be packed into a single retail unit, so the pack arrives as one product line rather than several supplier shipments.

How custom rolling paper booklets are made
A production walkthrough for brand owners — the three decisions that fix the specification, how a booklet is built from reel to carton, and what sampling, tooling and inspection actually prove.
