About us

A paper manufacturer that behaves like a print partner

We work with brand owners, distributors and retail programmes. Every project starts with the same question: what should the paper feel like in the hand, and who is going to buy it?

What we do

From a single converting line to a global supplier

We started as a private-label converter and grew into printing, gumming and export packing under one roof. That matters to buyers for one reason: a change to the print specification stays a phone call, not a supply-chain project.

Capability

What stays inside our two sites

Nothing in this list is outsourced, which is why lead times and colour survive a reorder.

  • 14–22 gsm

    Paper sourcing

Wood, rice and hemp grades purchased from audited mills, with basis weight and opacity checked on receipt.

  • In-house

    Printing & converting

Four-colour booklet printing, gumming, cutting and folding under one roof, so one colour target covers the whole pack.

  • Every batch

    Quality control

In-line checks on weight, gum width and burn performance, plus a pre-shipment inspection report with every batch.

  • 30+ markets

    Export packing

Retail-ready or bulk export cartons with documentation prepared for your destination market.

Our journey

How we got here

Every step was a production decision: a new line, a new print capability, a new market.

  1. 2008First converting line

Private-label booklet converting commissioned for regional distributors.

  2. 2014Printing in-house

Four-colour booklet printing brought under our own roof and colour management.

  3. 2019Second production site

Added capacity and a dedicated export packing hall for overseas programmes.

  4. 2024300M booklets a year

Annual capacity passed 300 million booklets across both sites.

Two ways to work with us

OEM or ODM — you keep the brand either way

Some buyers arrive with finished artwork and a packing spec. Others arrive with a market to win. Both are normal starts; the paperwork and the sampling path differ.

OEMManufacture my design
  • You supply finished vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF)
  • We match paper grade, leaf size and booklet format to your pack
  • Colour proofed against your brand reference before plating
ODMDesign it with me
  • Our studio develops booklet structure, closure and finish
  • Paper grade and gum line chosen for the market you sell into
  • You approve one sample, we produce it under your brand only
How an order runs

From enquiry to container in six steps

Every project follows the same path, so you always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.

  1. 01

    Enquiry & quote

Send artwork, format and target volume. You get a paper proposal, unit price and sampling timeline within two working days.

  2. 02

    Artwork & compliance

Our pre-press team checks bleed, colour separation, barcodes and destination-market labelling before anything is plated.

  3. 03

    Sampling

Physical pre-production samples in 10–15 working days, with the exact paper grade and gum line you will receive in bulk.

  4. 04

    Tooling & plates

Cutting dies, printing plates and booklet tooling are registered to your brand and kept for reorders.

  5. 05

    Production & QC

In-line checks on weight, gum width and burn performance, plus a pre-shipment inspection report with every batch.

  6. 06

    Packing & export

Retail-ready or bulk export cartons, documentation prepared for your destination market, shipment booked FOB or CIF.

Next step

Send a reference pack. We will match it.

The fastest way to evaluate a paper supplier is one physical sample against the product you already sell. Tell us the market and the volume, and we will propose the grade, the timeline and the price.
