How we work

OEM & ODM manufacturing

Two ways to start: send us finished artwork, or develop the product with our studio. Either way it ships under your brand, never ours.

Where this fits

  • Brand owners adding a rolling paper line without a factory
  • Distributors building a private label for their own market
  • Retail chains consolidating papers, tips and accessories with one supplier

Most of our work is private label. You keep the brand and the customer relationship; we take on paper sourcing, print specification, compliance checks, tooling, production and export documentation.

Specification

  • Dedicated cutting dies and printing plates registered to your brand

Before you ask

Questions buyers ask us first

If your question is not here, send it with your artwork and quantities — we answer with a specification, not a brochure.

Ask your question
What is the minimum order quantity?

A first trial run starts at 30,000 booklets per design, which lets you test a market without committing to container volume. Repeat orders and multi-SKU programmes are quoted individually.

Do you work from my artwork, or design it for me?

Both. Under OEM you send finished vector artwork and we manufacture to your specification. Under ODM our studio develops the booklet structure, finish and paper grade with you, and the resulting design is produced exclusively for your brand.

How long does sampling and production take?

Pre-production samples ship in 10–15 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production typically runs 25–35 working days depending on paper grade and print complexity, then transit time to your market.

Can you match a paper grade we already sell?

Send a reference pack and we match basis weight, opacity, gum line and burn characteristics, then confirm the match with a physical sample before the bulk run.

Which markets can you supply, and what documentation comes with it?

We currently ship to more than 30 markets. Every order includes a pre-shipment inspection report, and we prepare declarations, certificates of origin and packing lists for your destination market.

Can tips, filters and accessories be packed with the booklets?

Yes. Tips, filters and accessories are produced to the same colour target and can be packed into a single retail unit, so the pack arrives as one product line rather than several supplier shipments.
